Small items are sent as a package with a delivery rate of €10. These deliveries take between 7 and 10 days.

Delivery of some special orders can take longer than the standard 7-10 days.

Kerb-side service deliveries will arrive on our own truck or third-party delivery on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location. Our drivers are not insured to manually carry any material into a customer’s house.

Deliveries maybe on an 18 tonne lorry therefore if your property has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering as this may incur an additional charge.

It is important to check that your order is complete, correct and undamaged before accepting your delivery.

If you locate any damage or missing/incorrect items please accept the delivery and mark this on the delivery docket marking what is missing or incorrect and we can replace items.

Regrettably, we are only able to replace any damaged items that have been signed for as damaged.

Once you have signed for delivery it then becomes your property. We can expect no further responsibility for items once they have been delivered to the customers address and signed for. For this reason you must be available to receive, check your delivery and store it safely upon receipt.
