Returns Policy

Online purchases:
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason it does not meet your expectations we can accept returns on any orders:

We also allow one opened box to be returned from each order allowing you the opportunity to inspect your order.

To be eligible to return a floor you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the floor that you would like to return. The delivery must arrive with us no later than 30 days after it was delivered to you. We will not be liable for the cost of carriage for the return goods.

Note: Apart from the allowed one opened box of flooring we can only take back goods in their original packaging in a perfect re-saleable condition. Returns can be made by appointment through

Unsuccessful deliveries:
In conjunction with the relevant information regarding delivery stated on our delivery policy, our delivery system requires a flat surface in which to drop our deliveries. If we are unable to deliver an order to the arranged location due to outlined criteria, customers will incur return delivery charges.

For deliveries that are unable to be completed for unforeseen circumstances we will endeavour to re-deliver at customers request at a reduced cost of €20 per pallet. Delivery of goods can be arranged for the following day or a day to suit the customer.
